Essential Function Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing, and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences. They oversee all store operations and maintain brand standards. Develop strategies to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication, and accountability. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager in all outlined areas and are responsible for primary duties when the Store Manager is absent. Primary Duties Brand (30%) : Supervise and support associates' daily goals to deliver excellent customer experiences, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive loyalty. Ensure brand standards are met, including merchandising, marketing, dress code, etc. Address customer issues and analyze store trends. People (30%) : Engage, train, and develop team members. Recruit and build a strong network of candidates. Coach and counsel associates, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relations. Communicate regularly with peers and promote diversity and inclusion. Operations (30%) : Ensure execution of company processes, including Omni-channel fulfillment. Manage inventory, payroll, store opening and closing procedures, and follow company directives. Safety/Loss Prevention (10%) : Maintain a safe environment, enforce policies, protect assets, and ensure compliance with safety training and procedures. Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Preferred: 3+ years retail experience, 1+ year management experience Effective leadership and communication skills Flexible schedule availability Cosmetology license is desirable but not required Competencies Passionate Learner, Growth-Oriented Flexible and Adaptable Talent Builder and Coach Effective Communicator and Team Builder Customer Focused Results-Driven Strategic and Big Picture Thinker Problem Solver and Decision Maker Work Conditions Physical activities include standing, walking, bending, lifting, etc. Work environment involves typical safety precautions in retail settings.
