The Community You Will Join: The Fraud & Safety Operations (FSO) Planning team drives strategic planning and is responsible for delivering an FSO roadmap that is effectively resourced for the highest priority initiatives. The Difference You Will Make: As a global company and product, FSO offerings must scale to the needs of both our external customers but also to our internal stakeholders. Therefore, our mission is to deliver an organizational roadmap and business plan effectively resourced for highest priority initiatives, conveniently abstracted for the right audience with clear resource allocations. As a Planning Project Coordinator, you will take on a pivotal role, leading the FSO Product Library (Jigsaw), FSO Hub (internal website) and managing various projects critical to our organization's success.
A Typical Day: Lead the FSO Product Library, where you will: Create a visual assembly of FSO products and operations Product Briefs. Develop a simple yet effective illustration of performance using Airtable. Incorporate shared services that power FSO. Use project management tooling and systems to build the visual assembly. Ensure that the visual assembly you create becomes a key input into our end-to-end risk Traceability system. Manage and oversee the FSO Hub internal website, serving as a centralized hub for sharing key data across departments. Lead the multimedia production of team recognitions, creating visually appealing videos and graphics to celebrate FSO team accomplishments, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Support continuous planning and annual planning efforts to deliver an effective organizational roadmap. Drive triaging of continuous planning intakes that are generated throughout the year.
Your Expertise: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Risk Management) or equivalent. Strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to use project management tools effectively. Strong proficiency with project management tools, specifically Airtable (and others, including Asana, Confluence, Jira). Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), including formulas for automation. Strong proficiency with multimedia and video editing software. Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups and stakeholders is imperative. Familiarity with communication tools including Slack, GMail, Zoom. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Proactive and eager to take on responsibilities, contributing to the success of key projects and processes.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Risk Management) or equivalent.
The hiring range for this position is $30 to $33 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
