Summary

Reliant Solutions, Inc. seeks a compassionate and committed Qualified Paraprofessional in Mental Health (QPPMH) to support individuals with mental health needs across community, residential, or home-based settings in Virginia. This role operates under the supervision of QMHPs or licensed clinicians and focuses on direct consumer support and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct services in accordance with individualized service plans (ISPs), including psychosocial support, skill-building, and community integration.

Monitor clients' well-being, behaviors, and progress; report notable observations to supervisors.

Assist with activities of daily living, community outings, and therapeutic interventions as directed.

Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Perform duties under the clinical direction and supervision of a QMHP-A or licensed mental health professional.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must satisfy at least one of the following criteria:

1. Registered with the United States Psychiatric Association (USPRA) as an Associate Psychiatric Rehabilitation Provider (APRP).

2. Possess an associates degree in social work, psychology, psychiatric rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field plus one year of experience providing direct services to individuals with mental illness.

3. Completed a minimum of 90 hours of classroom training, plus 12 weeks of supervised experience under a QMHP-Adult, with at least one year of combined experience.

Rate of Pay

$16 to $22 per hour
