We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Coordinator for our school members in grades 6-8, commonly known as Tweens! The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and guiding our youth development assistants, assisting with homework, organizing fun recreational activities, and implementing programming from the Boys & Girls Club of America.Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our care is our top priority, and building positive relationships with both families and youth is essential.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children, preferably in a camp or sports coaching setting.
