Welder The Welder role involves performing MIG welding tasks, with a focus on heavier products requiring substantial lifting. While training is provided for entry-level candidates, there is no requirement for setting up welds. Additionally, you will assist with running fabrication equipment when necessary. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on heavier products. Assist with running fabrication equipment as needed. Engage in fixture welding, fabrication, layout welding, and fitting tasks. Essential Skills At least 1 year of recent MIG welding experience or a 2-year degree. High school diploma or GED. Ability to pass a weld test during the interview process. Additional Skills & Qualifications Own welding equipment.
