Job Title: TIG Welder Job Description 1st shift: 7a-3p Monday - Friday 2nd shift: 3p-11pm Monday- Friday Pay: $17-$23/hr based on experience (WILL PAY MORE BASED ON SKILLS) Candidates must be proficient in TIG welding, blueprint reading, and tape measure use. The ideal candidate should have skills in fabrication and fitting, though most welding done on-site is high-volume, production-style welding. Occasionally, there will be project-based, low-volume work that requires higher-level fabrication and welding skills. Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding in a production environment. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements. Use tape measures accurately for measurements. Work on high-volume projects using weld tables and jigs. Occasionally fabricate and fit parts for custom projects. Work with stainless steel and sheet metal. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding. Proficiency in TIG welding. Ability to read blueprints. Skilled in using tape measures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in fabrication and fitting. Experience with stainless steel and sheet metal welding.
