Verify insurance and get authorizations using tools like Waystar, Paylink, Availity, UHC. Enter patient and referral info into WellSky (Kinnser) fast and accurately. Communicate with referral sources, physicians, and case managers to confirm details. Work with clinical and scheduling teams to start care quickly. Assign cases to clinicians based on location and availability. Keep all patient information confidential and follow agency policies. Send weekend referral reports to the Intake Manager or Director of Nursing. Schedule Friday: 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM EST Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST What You Bring High school diploma or GED (Associate/Bachelor's in healthcare a plus). 1-2 years in home health or healthcare intake preferred. Familiar with Medicare and Medicare Advantage guidelines. Proficient in WellSky and Google Suite. Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills.
