Job Title : Web Designer Location : Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Duration : 12 months Annual Salary Range : $115K - $120K Duties : Troubleshoot and recommend technical solutions for customer issues related to software setup and configuration pertaining to SCDOR cloud applications and other custom SharePoint on-premises and cloud solutions. Have expertise and experience working with Power Apps platform to deliver business change. Design, develop, and implement GenAI-driven solutions using Copilot and Copilot Studio. Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall development models and able to recommend approach based on project outcomes. Provide technical support for SharePoint and PowerApps users, including troubleshooting issues and solutions. Work with users to gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy PowerApps applications or SharePoint Online features. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure proper integration of SharePoint and PowerApps with other systems. Provide training and documentation for business users and coach lead users. Develop new PowerApps models and enhance existing apps. Have expertise with HTML 5, .Net Framework, C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Entity Framework, CSS 3, SharePoint Server 2019, JavaScript, and RESTful design. Provide technical documentation, including governance and instructional materials. Develop workaround solutions as needed. Monitor systems and recommend enhancements based on data. Act as technical resource for resolving complex cloud systems problems. Diagnose and resolve application and system issues. Escalate complex problems to internal IT or vendors. Install, configure, test, monitor, and maintain systems and software. Adhere to information security guidelines and promote security awareness. Perform root cause analysis and resolution. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Required Skills (ranked in importance): Microsoft 365 Power Platform (PowerApps and Power Automate) SharePoint Technologies (2019 and Online) Proficiency in relevant development languages .Net Framework (ASP.net, ADO.net) Microsoft CoPilot Microsoft Teams and Exchange Web development using MVC Database design and administration Application security Internet Information Services Organizational Skills Verbal and Written Communication Skills Required Education / Certifications : Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field plus 8 years' experience, or an associate's degree plus 10 years' experience, or a high school diploma plus 12 years' experience in IT or related area. Preferred Skills (ranked in importance): Experience with PCI / NIST / Pub1075 security implementations or audits. Experience with development tools Team development experience Knowledge of security procedures
