Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated warehouse worker with experience in cycle counting and reach forklift operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for picking and processing daily shipments using UPS/FedEx systems, and packaging and labeling products efficiently.

Responsibilities

Receive goods and process receipts in M2M.

Label and put away products in the warehouse.

Pick and process daily shipments using UPS/FedEx systems.

Package and label products for shipping.

Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Ensure efficiency and quality standards are consistently met.

Follow safety requirements and policies.

Review assembly instructions, engineering drawings, or notes on the BOM where available.

Use hand crimpers to create discrete wires and harnesses.

Assemble some electronics subassemblies to install harnesses.

Essential Skills

Experience with cycle counting.

Experience operating a reach forklift.

Familiarity with wire gauges (AWG).

Knowledge of terminals, pins, lugs, and connectors for wire harness fabrication.

Ability to follow work assignments, directions, and instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to review assembly instructions and engineering drawings.

Experience using hand crimpers.

Understanding of safety policies and requirements.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Costa Mesa, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
