We're currently looking for a Warehouse Export Lead to join our operations in Miami, FL

Overview:

Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Export Lead to oversee the daily operations of our export warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exporting fresh produce, managing warehouse teams, coordinating container loading, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and export regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily chilled warehouse operations related to export shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Oversee thereceiving, storage, and dispatchof export produce. Monitor and enforce quality control protocols for all outgoing produce. Coordinate and monitorcontainer loadingto ensure proper handling and documentation. Ensure all export shipments meetquality assurance standardsand customer specifications. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock rotation (FIFO). Collaborate with logistics and export teams to ensure timely and efficient shipments. Ensure compliance withinternational export regulations, including documentation and labeling. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards in the warehouse. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to export logistics and warehouse operations. Required Skills and Qualifications 3 to 5 years produce warehouse export operations. Strong understanding of container logistics and international shipping practices. Experience with quality assurance in a warehouse or export environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to lead a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and export documentation platforms. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must. Physical Demands/ Work Environment
