3. **Order Picking and Packing:** - Pick items from shelves or storage bins according to pick tickets or electronic orders. - Pack and prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring that orders are complete and properly packaged. - Label packages with shipping information and apply appropriate shipping labels.
4. **Shipping and Loading:** - Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery to Walmart stores or customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. - Load merchandise onto trucks or shipping containers using appropriate equipment and techniques. - Coordinate with logistics personnel to schedule pickups and deliveries as needed.

**Qualifications:**
