What We Do
The Vice President (VP) of Performance Marketing is a new senior leadership role reporting directly to the CMO. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency at scale. The VP will build and lead a team of performance marketing professionals, manage media budgets, and leverage data to grow revenue through demand generation, lead generation, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a new team of performance marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to deliver a shared-service digital marketing capability from the ground up.
Create and execute digital marketing strategies to meet business goals, including paid media, lifecycle marketing, organic search, marketing operations, and data analytics.
Optimize and grow media budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation across channels and campaigns for the best ROI.
Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for testing and optimization, and implement data-driven strategies to improve metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment and integrated marketing efforts.
Establish an analytics function for the marketing organization with real-time, automated, and accessible reporting.
Develop business cases based on current trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven ability to build, lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, preferably in a Center of Excellence model within a large B2B marketing organization.
Experience developing and executing digital strategies to drive scalable revenue through predictable, repeatable processes.
15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including lead generation, ABM, and marketing automation.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional work.
Experience building integrated tech stacks and implementing best practices in marketing operations.
Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, and analytics tools.
Ability to drive projects and results with minimal supervision.

The pay range for this role is $192,400.00 - $256,525.00. This range is an estimate and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
