The Company is seeking a Vice President/Analyst for its Sourcing and Vendor Management (SVM) practice. This pivotal role is focused on driving revenue, supporting client relationships, and leading cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will be a strategic advisor to clients, particularly in the areas of supplier management, category management, and operating model design. Key responsibilities include leading market penetration with sourcing and VMO practitioners, delivering expert briefings, and actively participating in revenue generation. The role also involves staying abreast of and guiding the creation of innovative research on procurement-related technologies, as well as leading tailored consulting projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, or procurement consulting, with a strong background in professional services and a proven track record in client engagement and sales.
Applicants for the Vice President/Analyst position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of relevant experience. The role requires a candidate with a strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead virtual teams. A background in the company's core verticals, such as banking and financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences, is preferred, with experience in telecom, energy, or high tech also being valuable.
