About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead and scale its high-performing engineering organization. This role requires a leader with a strong technical foundation, at least 5 years' experience leading large engineering teams, and a proven track record in driving operational excellence and product delivery. The VP of Engineering will be a key member of the senior leadership team, influencing both tactical and strategic decisions, and will be expected to have a deep appreciation for balancing product delivery with long-term technical investments.

Candidates for the VP of Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of industry experience, with a preference for those who have worked in technology-first companies delivering direct-to-consumer experiences that leverage data science.
