About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Broker Sales, a pivotal role in driving the future sales revenue growth of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, team alignment, and the execution of broker sales initiatives. This includes the development of strategies to target, recruit, and activate new national agency partnerships, as well as identifying key industry trends and customer needs to inform product development. The role also involves close collaboration with sales leadership across different business segments, promoting the professional development of the sales team, and representing the company at key industry events. The VP will be expected to engage with internal functional areas to ensure alignment and promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and problem-solving.

Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of proven successful sales and/or sales management experience in health insurance, with at least 5 years in a management role. Exceptional presentation, networking, and collaboration skills are essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong financial acumen, the ability to work with various business functions, and a commitment to upholding company and government policies. A background in broker management and experience with general agencies is preferred.
