We're currently seeking a Vehicle Condition Inspector for our Boise/Spokane/Portland market, who brings energy, attention to detail, and a passion for serving our dealer partners. This field-based role will require extensive travel and plays a key part in evaluating vehicles, supporting account management, and building lasting relationships with our dealer customers. What You'll Do: Conduct vehicle inspections and take photographs on dealer lots to document vehicle condition. Assign vehicle ratings and report any damage or discrepancies. Assist with vehicle recovery, condition reports, and occasional title delivery. Support Account Managers and the branch team with field collections. Identify and report suspicious or unusual dealer activity. Build and maintain strong dealer relationships in your assigned territory. What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent required. Clean driving record and valid driver's license. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Skills for Success: Strong self-motivation and initiative. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Organized, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented and dependable. Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable driving for long periods. Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
