Hello! I'm Trisha, and I'm a homeowner in the lovely community of the East Mountains outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico. I'm seeking a responsible and trustworthy house sitter to help me out while I'm away. My husband and I are retired and take various trip each year, some 4-5 days others 2 weeks. We have 5 acres of ponderosa pines, junipers and pinion trees at 7, 200 ft. elevation all behind a gated property. You would visit my property every few days while we're on a trip. You would not be staying at our home. We have no pets just the wildlife that reside up in the mountains.

The main tasks include mail collection, interior plant care and exterior tasks such as filling exterior bird baths and exterior bird feeders. It's important to me that my home is kept in good condition, and that includes ensuring my plants stay healthy and vibrant as well as my wildlife be kept fed and with water for drinking If you're someone who enjoys tending to indoor plants and managing some outside tasks, you might be the perfect fit for this role.

For your efforts, I offer a compensation of $35 per visit. I believe this is a fair rate for the responsibilities involved, and I hope it attracts someone who values a calm and organized environment.
