Position Highlights: Â
Physician-led, patient centered team-based environment.  Â
Providing full spectrum Urgent Care for Pediatric & Adult patients, focusing on value-based care, and supported by a robust team of specialists [broad spectrum medicine]. Â
Clinical Aptitude : Suture, I&D, Splinting, X-Ray Reading, Care Across the Lifespan (, Pediatrics, Adults, & Geriatrics), Occupational Medicine, Diagnostic and Lab Interpretations, Managing Infection and Wound Care. Â
Full-time; Work-Life Balance; Flexible Scheduling.  Local office hours are :  Monday – Sunday : 8:00a – 8:00p  Full-Time requires 12 shifts per 4-week scheduling block (, 13 blocks per year; average of 36 hours per week) :  Three (3) required weekend shifts per scheduling block (Sat and/or Sun)  Â
Average patient load : Â Goal/Target is average of 3 patients per hour (efficiency bonus awarded if average more than 3 patients per hour). Â

Primary Responsibilities: Â
Direct and manage a complete continuum of high-quality care within the care team.  Â
Treat acute diseases and disorders, minor injuries, minor, procedures, ortho/splinting, interpretation of digital X-Rayâ€s, physical examinations, and more.Â
Reviews patient file/record, including allergies, problems, medications, and immunization status.  Â
Elicits and records information about patientâ€s medical history.  Â
Orders or executes various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to provide information on patientâ€s condition.  Â
Analyzes reports and findings of tests and examination and diagnoses condition of patient.  Â
Oversees and provides collaborative support to Advanced Practice Clinicians.Â

Required Qualifications: Â
Doctoral degree (MD or DO) from an accredited program.Â
Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or other relevant specialties . Â
Active and unrestricted medical license in the State of New York.Â
Active and unrestricted DEA License (or ability to obtain prior to start).Â
Must be CPR certified (or willing to obtain prior to start).Â
DOT certification (or ability to obtain within the first 60 days of employment).Â
