What you can expect We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manger to form a team of Account Executives purely focused on the Customer Experience (CX) space. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our contact center platform by focusing on greenfield opportunities, which involve developing new business areas and expanding our market presence. The role will specifically target accounts with more than 250+ contact center agents. About the Team The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration. Responsibilities: Leading and managing a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Developing and implementing strategies to identify and capitalize on Greenfield opportunities, ensuring the growth and expansion of our contact center platform.
Driving a high level of discipline around pipeline management and forecasting.
Leveraging solution selling techniques to drive measurable outcomes for productivity gains.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Monitoring and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Preparing and presenting regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market insights to senior management.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices within the team.
What we're looking for 7+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within a contact center or sales environment, with a focus on greenfield opportunities.
Have strong understanding of the contact center industry and market dynamics.
Have extensive experience in individual prospecting, working closely with Business Development, and leveraging Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Have proficiency in leveraging tools such as Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
Have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $227,500.00 Maximum: $508,400.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
