Our client, a firm in New York, is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney to assist their team on an ad hoc basis. This is a 100% remote project, but an active New York bar is required. Responsibilities may include will drafting, advising on gift tax, establishing living trusts, and Medicaid planning. Experience with special needs trusts is very helpful.
