Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly Responsibilities: Prepare documents, correspondence, inventories, accountings, and asset allocation schedules Assist with asset funding, beneficiary updates, and trust transfer documents Coordinate with financial institutions, CPAs, and clients to organize and gather required information Maintain organized case files and meet critical deadlines Guide successor trustees and families through the administration process with empathy and clarity Support attorneys and staff in delivering peace of mind to every client we serve Qualifications: Preferrably 2-3 years of experience in trust administration, probate, or estate planning Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple manner is essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professionalism and kindness in client facing situations Familiarity with estate planning documents and trust funding best practices Familiarity with drafting software for estate planning documents is a plus About Company Wilson Law, PLC is a law firm specializing in Estate Planning, Legacy Preservation, Asset Protection, Elder Law, Specials Needs Planning, Probate, Business Succession Planning, and Trust Administration.
