Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to deliver individualized care to patients. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provide comprehensive care across all phases from preventative health to treatment and follow-up. This role includes patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions while adhering to state and professional nursing standards. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Holding an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possess multistate licensure in Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) states. Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
