**Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team for a night shift position. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the safety and comfort of all patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement individualized care plans. - Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. - Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records. - Comply with all health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications:** - Current registered nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a clinical setting is highly desired. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
