Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering personalized patient care through the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, to create and assess patient care plans. By practicing within the full scope of nursing knowledge, you will provide care across various phases, including prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up, ensuring a continuum of care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage, and diverse nursing interventions, always adhering to the Nurse Practice Act regulations. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or possess multistate licensure if applicable. Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
