Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 08/25/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Radiologic Technologist – X-Ray / Fluoroscopy Hours: 40/week | Contract: 13 weeks Patient Population: Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric (includes female patients 35+ for screening) Role Summary Operates X-ray and fluoroscopic equipment to produce routine diagnostic radiographs of designated body parts across all age groups. This role requires the ability to perform intravenous radiographic studies and function independently in areas requiring minimal supervision. Key Duties Perform diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopic procedures per physician orders. Conduct intravenous radiographic studies. Work with diverse patient populations, including specialized screening for women 35+. Maintain high safety standards in radiation protection and patient care. Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely imaging results. Requirements ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology. State licensure (if applicable). BLS certification preferred/required per facility policy. Experience with fluoroscopy and IV contrast studies. Ability to work independently with indirect supervision.
