**About the Role:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Care Unit team. This role requires the ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while providing high-quality care to patients across various levels, from medical-surgical to ICU.

**Responsibilities:** - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the acute care setting. - Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed. - Perform procedures including IV starts, central venous line (CVL) insertion, arterial line management, Foley catheter insertions, and EKG monitoring. - Conduct wound care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. - Participate in daily team meetings to discuss patient care plans and discharge needs.

**Qualifications:** - **Required:** All RNs must have BLS and ACLS certification completed prior to the end of orientation; PCT/NAs are required to have BLS. - **Preferred:** Candidates with ICU/Stepdown experience and those with at least 1 year of med-surg experience.
