Contract Type: 13-week Travel Assignment

HumanEdge Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a skilled nursing facility assignment in Yuma, Arizona . This is a great opportunity to deliver hands-on rehabilitative care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Deliver therapy interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function

• Track and report patient progress and response to treatment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Active Arizona PTA license (or eligibility for licensure)

• Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience, with SNF experience preferred

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
