EMR: Meditech Equipment: Telemetry monitoring Scrub Color: Navy Required Skills & Certifications: BLS & ACLS (AHA) – Required Strong cardiac background with experience managing drips Minimum 2 years of recent IMCU/PCU/Step-Down experience Preferred Skills: Stroke care experience Familiarity with cardioversion protocols Responsibilities: Monitor and manage cardiac patients requiring intermediate care Administer cardiac medications and titrate drips Document assessments, changes in condition, and interventions in EMR Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe patient outcomes Schedule & Floating: 3×12-hour shifts/week Up to 4 weekend shifts per contract (typically 3) No on-call required May float to Med/Surg as needed Ideal Candidate Traits: Outgoing, energetic, and highly organized Adaptable and team-oriented in a fast-paced environment
