Stipend
For this contract, you will receive a stipend to assist with expenses. A stipend is defined as a weekly, untaxed sum of money to pay for lodging, meals, transportation, and incidental expenses. This puts you in control of your own money!
Job Duties
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop personalized care plans for residents
Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and their families
Maintaining accurate patient records
Taking and monitoring vital signs
Administering medications
Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
Providing companionship and comfort to all residents
Job Requirements/Qualifications
At least one year of clinical experience in a long-term care setting (skilled nursing facility, assisted living, etc.) as an RN
Active RN license in the state assigned, or in an eligible Nurse Compact State
Possess empathy and passion for serving others
Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members
Up-to-date certifications/compliance: Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR via American Heart Association (AHA)
Two-step TB test
Physical exam within the last 12 months
