Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time.ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED!Unit Information:• Medical Oncology with progressive care beds/pediatric patients.• High acuity of PCU and small amount of med surgSchedule:• No set schedule, no set weekends, no block schedule.• Facility determines the complete schedule, with the possibility of working every weekend. Must be flexible.• Maximum 7 straight days off.• 14-week contract required if taking 7 days off.Patient Diagnoses:• Solid Tumor• Orthopedic Oncology• Thoracic OncologySpecial Procedures/Unit Details:•18J is a 36 bed Oncology Telemetry unit with over 24 beds dedicated to PCU level of care. -Pediatric patients are cared for on this unit but are extremely rare and would likely be cared for by perm staff. Pediatric experience is NOT required to be agency RN here.
