Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time.ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED!Unit Information:• Medical Oncology with progressive care beds/pediatric patients.• High acuity of PCU and small amount of med surgSchedule:• No set schedule, no set weekends, no block schedule.• Facility determines the complete schedule, with the possibility of working every weekend. Must be flexible.• Maximum 7 straight days off.• 14-week contract required if taking 7 days off.Patient Diagnoses:• Solid Tumor• Orthopedic Oncology• Thoracic OncologySpecial Procedures/Unit Details:•18J is a 36 bed Oncology Telemetry unit with over 24 beds dedicated to PCU level of care. -Pediatric patients are cared for on this unit but are extremely rare and would likely be cared for by perm staff.
