Must have 2 years recent PCU experience

Position Description:
The PCU Registered Nurse is responsible for patient care, utilizing the Nursing Process in line with hospital policies and the Nurse Practice Act. The RN will demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership, maintaining clinical competency through continuing education. The RN will also delegate care priorities to staff based on education and experience.

Additional Skills/Experience Required:

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Ability to lead and direct a team of caregivers
