Job Description: Auto Offer - Start date after 8/31/25 ****MUST HAVE 2 YEARS CURRENT Med/Surg Tele EXPERIENCE**** Orthopedic Med/Surg Tele Unit Must be able to pass EKG testing before the start date - this is for ALL MedSurg Nurses regardless of sub-specialty Certification required: BLS-AHA and NIHSS / ACLS Preferred Weekend requirement: Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month EMR: Cerner / Medication System: Omnicell Ratio 1: 7-8 Float Local RNs Accepted within 75 miles radius of the facility - Ask about Local Pay Rates
