Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) Moorestown, NJ 8 Weeks 40 Hours

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to schedule time in Camden or Voorhees if not needed at Moorestown. Candidates with scrub experience and/or interventional radiology (IR) experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room for various surgical procedures, including Orthopedic, Gastrointestinal (GI), General Surgery, Neuro, and Gynecological (GYN) cases.

Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality monitoring.

Maintain strong organizational skills to coordinate care across the operating room.

Adhere to all safety protocols and standards of care.

Schedule:

4 days a week, 10-hour shifts

6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Orientation:

2 days of classroom orientation at client location.

Wednesday to Friday orientation at Moorestown.

3-week orientation period.

Requirements:

Level 1 trauma experience required.

Active New Jersey RN license; BSN degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of professional OR nursing experience.

Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required; ACLS certification preferred.

Excellent attention to detail in ensuring patient safety and quality monitoring.

Strong organizational skills for effective coordination of care across the OR.

COVID-19 vaccination required (fully vaccinated with 1 booster). #TB_HC
