Shift: 4x12s D/N Rotation (07:00–19:30 / 19:00–07:30)

Facility: Level I Trauma | Teaching Hospital

✅ Requirements:

  • License: Active OH or Compact RN license (in hand at submission)
  • Experience: 18+ months recent MS/Tele experience (perm or travel)
  • Certs: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (Active & non-expired)
  • Reference: 1 supervisory reference required (no peer refs)
  • Tests: ECG rhythm & SafeMedicate (must pass during orientation)
  • COVID Vaccine: Not Required | Flu Vaccine: Unknown
  • Travelers must work every other holiday

Scheduling Notes:

  • D/N Rotation (typically 2 weeks D / 2 weeks N)
  • Facility will do its best to honor preferred shift (Fri–Sun or Sat–Mon)
  • No Sun–Tues or Thurs–Sat shift combinations accepted
  • NO block scheduling

Compliance Notes:

  • Background: No open cases or license hits
  • Must be nicotine-free for all roles except RN & CST (temp exemption)
  • Badge pick-up & onsite fingerprints required prior to start
  • Modules: Billable up to 4 hrs; completed via Silkroad

Candidate has 18+ months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (meets requirement) Candidate holds an active OH / Compact license IN HAND All required certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS) are active with no pending statuses Candidate is willing to work every other holiday as required Candidate is aware of and agrees to possible day/night rotation based on hospital need Understands facility policy: auto-offer, no block scheduling, no call policy, and nicotine policy exception for RNs applies Candidate understands ECG & SafeMedicate assessments are required during orientation and must be passed within 2 attempts
