Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry (Nursing)
AHA BLS is required.
1-2 years of experience is required.
Must have surgical experience.
EPIC experience is highly preferred.
Surgical and General Medicine, some portable tele.
General/Colorectal/Plastics/GYN/OMFS/Podiatry.
Patients with a surgical abdominal incision will most likely be on this unit, all new ostomy patients, most patients have surgical drains.
Floating is expected.
RN is expected to help with blood draws.
Facility can call off up to 3 shifts for 13-week contract and 2 shifts less than 13-week contract.
Expected to work every other weekend.
Expected to work every other holiday.
First day of orientation is always a 12-hour day shift. Will have second shift of orientation before taking own assignment on third day.
8 hours of non-billable orientation.
