Job DutiesLead surveillance, analysis, and reporting of HAIs and reportable infectionsDevelop and enforce infection control policies and procedures in line with:CDC, OSHA, CMS, Joint Commission, FDA, APICProvide ongoing education to staff, patients, families, and communitySubmit data to NHSN and other agenciesCollaborate with the Infection Prevention and Control Committee to set goalsServe as a liaison across departments and co-chair the IPC committeeTravel required within SEARHC network for on-site assessments & training? Technical SkillsMS Office, data collection platformsComfortable with data analysis, policy writing, and compliance reporting?
