Job Duties Lead surveillance, analysis, and reporting of HAIs and reportable infections Develop and enforce infection control policies and procedures in line with: CDC, OSHA, CMS, Joint Commission, FDA, APIC

Provide ongoing education to staff, patients, families, and community Submit data to NHSN and other agencies Collaborate with the Infection Prevention and Control Committee to set goals Serve as a liaison across departments and co-chair the IPC committee Travel required within SEARHC network for on-site assessments & training ? Technical Skills MS Office, data collection platforms Comfortable with data analysis , policy writing, and compliance reporting ?
