On Call/Call Back Requirements: None Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, NIHSS, WI RN License Desired Certifications: None Minimum Experience: 2 years of MS experience; At least 1 travel contract completed preferred Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience Charting Experience Required: Epic required within last 12 months Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 4NW Ortho Neuro 1:6 ratio; 1:7 after 2300 Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates, Strong Documentation skills, able to work in a fast paced environment Scrub Colors: Any Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
