Job Description & Requirements

* Shift: 12 hours, nights

Position/Specialty: CICU Registered Nurse

Shift: 3x12s, Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Ratios: 1:1-2

On-Call Requirement: May be placed on call for low census; no additional call shifts required

Weekend Requirement: Yes, every other weekend (12 shifts during contract)

Floating: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs, between like units/sister facilities

Requirements/Preferences:

* Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years required

* First-Time Travelers: Accepted

* License: South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license required

* Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required

* Radiation Badge: Not required

* Preferred Equipment Experience: CRRT - Prismax

Scheduling & Local Policies:

* Block Schedule: Subject to manager approval, based on unit needs

* Local Radius: 60 miles

* Locals Accepted: Yes, case-by-case, at 10% less than posted bill rate

* RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at submission; approval based on facility needs

* Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Hospital Details:

* Type: Acute Care Hospital

* Scrub Color: Royal Blue, Black, and/or White

* Charting: Epic

* Parking: No fee; downtown parking lots require a pass (distributed at badge pickup). Garages available, clearance suitable for average SUV/truck

Hurricane Season Note:

During hurricane season (June-November, peaking August-September), employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. Travelers should avoid confirming new or extended assignments during this period if this is an issue.
