✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. License:
    • Active Arkansas RN license or compact/multi-state RN license
  2. Certifications:
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – AHA required

    • BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA required

       

  3. Experience:
    • ICU Supervisory hospital experience is REQUIRED
    • Must have proven leadership experience in a hospital ICU setting
