Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/18/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN - Home Health - Travel Marble Falls, TX 78654 Shift: Mon - Fr, 8am - 5pm, 40 per week Facility: CENTRAL THHG HH Location: Marble Falls, TX Scheduled Hours : 40 + IRS mileage Start ASAP for 13 weeks M-F, days Coverage area: Marble Falls, Kingsland, Llano May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address RN productivity expectation for 40 hrs = 28 - 32 points/wk SOC 2.5, ROC 2.0, Discharge (OASIS) 1.5, Recertification- 1.5, Routine visits- 1 Must have recent HH exp 2023-24 HomeCare HomeBase experience required Client may consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.
