Patient Ratio: 1:5 with assistive personnel support

Collaborate with emergency and inpatient care teams

Respond to patient condition changes and escalate as needed

Assist with ADLs, medication administration, assessments, and documentation

Job Requirements: License: Active New York RN license (no compact)

Experience: 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience

Telemetry experience required

Certifications (AHA only): BLS

ACLS

NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

Scheduling & Expectations: Shift Length: 12 hours

Schedules: Rotating D/E/N or Straight Nights

Additional Requirements: Holidays, weekends, on-call, callback as needed

Must be flexible and team-oriented
