Job Description: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document accurately. Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to interventions. Coordinate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications:
EKG course/CPI BLS/CPR Active Ohio RN License
