Recovering immediate post-op CABG’s and TAVR’s Managing Swan catheters Charting with EPIC

8 beds (within a 30-bed ICU) Ratios:

1:1-3, acuity dependent (1:1 for fresh post-ops, 1:2-3 for stable patients) Patient Population:

Cardiothoracic Surgical ICU Lines/Drains/Devices:

Required: Swan catheter experience Preferred: Impella, VAD, IABP, and CRRT experience

Airway:

Intubated patients on ventilators Drips:

Critical drips with titration
