The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating MRI equipment, ensuring patient safety, and producing high-quality diagnostic images in a collaborative healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and department protocols Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process Operate and maintain MRI equipment, including coils and accessories Review images for diagnostic quality and accuracy before submission to radiologists Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures Qualifications: ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with MRI credential Active license in Virginia (if applicable) Minimum of 2 years recent MRI experience in a hospital setting Current BLS certification Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent communication and patient care skills Contract Type: Travel assignment
