Role Overview: As an Endo/GI Tech , you will play a vital role in ensuring that endoscopic procedures run smoothly and safely. You’ll apply your expertise in aseptic techniques , equipment maintenance, and high-level disinfection to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and maintaining equipment using aseptic techniques and following all regulatory standards. Disassembling, inspecting, and performing preventive maintenance on endoscopes and related equipment. Reprocessing and disinfecting endoscopes and accessories, adhering to strict protocols. Performing technician duties such as obtaining vital signs and assisting in patient transport. What We’re Looking For: Certifications : While no licensure or certification is required, having a High-Level Disinfection (HLD) certification is highly encouraged. Skills : Experience with endoscopic equipment and procedures is a must. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, follows protocols precisely, and has a strong understanding of equipment maintenance and disinfection procedures.
