* $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on experience and demonstrated skills * Uniform provided * Regular company provided training opportunities to acquire more skills * 10 days of vacation after completion of 1 year of continuous service. Additional 5 days after 5th year of service, etc * Accrue 1 day of PTO (paid time off) every 60 days of employment to a maximum of 6 days * 6 paid holidays * Group health insurance - company pays 90% of the cost for employees and 55% for dependents * Employee-paid dental, vision, and life plans available * 401K plan available after completion of 1 year of service * Advancement opportunities

Technician Qualifications

* Heavy equipment technician, trailer technician experience preferred * Strong mechanical aptitude - knowledge of commercial trailers and related systems (electrical, air, hydraulic) * Familiar with DOT standards for commercial trailers * Basic welding skills preferred * Team-oriented * Physically capable of lifting 40 to 50 pounds
