Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions (VWTS) - Engineered Systems - is seeking a key member of our Field Service Management team in the Central region, upper Midwest (IL, IN, MI, MN, WI, IA) leading a team of three to four professional field leaders, each responsible for a broader team of operators. Our ideal candidate has an industrial or technical background, preferably in water and wastewater treatment solutions with experience in customer and account management as well as managing a team. Key Characteristics ● Lead fulfillment of the VWTS Field Service activities within the assigned customer base. ● Manage contracts and operations at customer sites ensuring safety, contract compliance, and financial performance ● Responsible for lifecycle management of all assets within the assigned customer base, ensuring the team has necessary tools and skills to prevent failures and deterioration of equipment. ● Responsible for all Field Service operational metrics including EHS, quality of service, utilization, profitability and cost to serve Duties & Responsibilities ● Develop and drive business strategies across the assigned portfolio. ● Collaborate with Sales and Commercial Engineering teams to support business growth ● Responsible for building, developing and holding responsible for day-to-day fulfillment of the field service teams ● Partner with HR and Training Team for staffing activities including recruitment and training ● Own development of strong succession plans for the assigned team. ● Foster a culture, and drive continuous improvement within the assigned team ● Demonstrates excellent EHS standards and follows policies/procedure ● Lead process improvement, restructuring and business transformation ● Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness ● Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational objectives

Qualifications
Required: ● BS degree in a technical field i.e., Chemical Engineer, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. ● Minimum eight years’ experience and relevant leadership experience in industrial water, wastewater, or food & beverage water treatment solutions or related fields. Preferred: ● Experience with water treatment equipment and systems (DAF, UF, RO, EDR, EDI) ● Ability to travel within assigned region (25%) ● Computer proficiency with Google Workspace ● Strong customer focus and service-related background Additional Information
