Salary: $20/hour
What you'll do at DDI:
Travel to all Early Childhood sites.
Manage technology, materials and equipment and ensure they are available as necessary, cleaned, repaired and properly used.
Maintain a running inventory of all ECS technology
Complete all required trainings and in-services for ECS and IT as applicable
Manage ECS’ daily technology needs with AirWatch, PLEX, Zoom, MS Teams/365, Adobe Acrobat Professional etc.
Work with DDI IT Department on behalf of ECS’ IT needs and issues including any external vendors as needed.
Coordinate with the DDI Communications Department and IT Department to update and maintain the designed areas for ECS on DDI platforms including but not limited to the website, portal and social media.
Provide training and support to staff in the areas of technology in the classroom.
Serve as a liaison with the IT Department and Maintenance Department with work orders that include any technological moves or changes.
Distribute hardware to students and families as needed.
Can substitute for the Senior Technology Specialist in working with ECS Leadership to ensure timely communications to staff and families (i.e. Edlio, Parent Square).
Assist with development, maintenance, link set-ups etc. for any ECS Training.
Support staff in problem solving technology challenges with devices, Apple TVs, walkie-talkies, Chrome brooks, computers, and printers.
Collaborate with the ECS Senior Technology Specialist.
Other duties as assigned
What you bring to DDI:
Must possess a HS diploma
Knowledge of programming a range of devices: tablets/similar devices, smartboards, SMART technologies, instructional technology.
Basic technology problem solving skills
Must possess good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Demonstrate ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently.
Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
Have reliable transportation to be able to travel between Early Childhood sites.

Must be able to kneel, twist and bend
