Join to apply for the Technology Modernization - OneStream Manager role at Grant Thornton (US) 1 day ago - Be among the first 25 applicants Job Description Technology Transformation Manager – OneStream As an OneStream Manager, you'll perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations within the Technology Transformation Practice. You will have the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. From day one, you'll be empowered by the Transformation team to help clients achieve their vision and help you grow professionally. Your day-to-day may include: Assist in full lifecycle implementations, including planning, design, and build phases Assist with business requirements gathering, functional and process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals Configure applications and conduct unit testing Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption Conduct training sessions for end users Provide post-production support Other duties as assigned You have the following technical skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required; Master's degree is a plus Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in consulting or similar roles servicing cross-industry clients at a national level Implementation experience with EPM/CPM technologies and deep understanding of related business processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, reports, and full lifecycle implementations Experience with Enterprise Application Integration and back-end data connectivity Experience installing, configuring, and implementing CPM/EPM products Proven ability to deliver complex, time-sensitive projects Willingness to travel as needed This position requires in-person attendance at least two days per week at an office or client site, in line with the firm's hybrid work model Additional Details: Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Full-time Job functions: Engineering & IT, Accounting & Business Consulting Referrals can increase your chances of interviewing at Grant Thornton (US) by 2x.
